1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy sets out the terms governing the cancellation of marketing service engagements with S.R Marketing Private Limited.

2. Client-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel any ongoing service engagement by providing 30 days' written notice to info@srmarketing.site. During the notice period, we will continue to deliver services at the agreed level and invoice normally.

3. Notice Period

The 30-day notice period allows for an orderly handover of campaign assets, account access, and performance data. We will prepare a comprehensive handover pack during this period.

4. Project Cancellation

For project-based engagements, cancellation after commencement will result in a charge for all work completed to date. The initial deposit is non-refundable. If the project is more than 50% complete, the full project fee may be due.

5. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel immediately and without notice in cases of: non-payment after 30 days; breach of our Terms of Service; requests to engage in activities that violate platform policies or applicable law; or abusive conduct toward our team.

6. Handover Process

Upon cancellation, we will provide: transfer of all account access and credentials; export of all campaign data and creative assets; a final performance report; and a transition briefing document.

7. Platform Accounts

Advertising accounts created on your behalf remain your property. We will transfer full ownership within 5 business days of the cancellation effective date.
