These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and S.R Marketing Private Limited governing your use of our website at www.srmarketing.site and any marketing services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide professional marketing services including brand strategy, digital marketing, SEO, social media management, content marketing, performance campaigns, market research, and marketing consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement has been executed by both parties.
Payment terms are specified in each Service Agreement. Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance and due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
You agree to: provide accurate information about your business; grant necessary access to your accounts and platforms; review and approve materials within agreed timescales; comply with all applicable laws; and not engage in activities that could damage our reputation or violate platform policies.
Upon full payment, you own the creative deliverables we produce specifically for your engagement. We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and processes.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's proprietary information. This obligation survives termination for three years.
We cannot guarantee specific marketing outcomes. Digital marketing results are influenced by many factors outside our control. We commit to transparency, rigorous optimisation, and honest reporting throughout every engagement.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
