This Refund Policy governs all financial transactions between S.R Marketing Private Limited and its clients. We are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services and resolving any concerns fairly and transparently.
Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance and cover work performed during that month. Because work begins immediately upon payment, retainer fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. To discontinue a retainer, provide 30 days' written notice.
For project-based engagements, the initial deposit (typically 50%) covers discovery and early production work and is non-refundable once work has commenced. The final payment is due upon delivery of agreed deliverables.
Advertising spend deployed to platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) is not refundable by us once deployed. Unspent budget in platform accounts remains in your account.
A refund may be considered if: we have failed to commence work within the agreed timeframe through no fault of the client; we have materially failed to deliver agreed services and cannot remedy the failure after written notice; or a duplicate payment has been made in error.
Refunds will not be issued for: dissatisfaction with marketing results outside our direct control; changes in your business circumstances; failure to provide required access or approvals; or requests made after work is substantially complete.
Submit a written request to info@srmarketing.site with your company name, invoice number, amount, and basis for the request. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7โ14 business days. We reserve the right to deduct the value of work already completed.
